The boys grabbed the victim as she was walking home, held her down, violated her and shoved rocks in her mouth when she tried to scream for help. The Coalition for Juvenile Justice says these boys shouldn't be tried as adults because their brains aren't fully developed. ➡️ Do you think they are too young to understand their actions, or should they be tried as adults for this? |
